Appeal was taken from an order of the Circuit Court, Dade County , Sam I, Silver, J., which imposed a charging lien on real property in favor of attorneys. The District Court of Appeal held that in the absence of statutory authority, an express contract or implied agreement arising out of special equitable circumstances, the attorneys were not entitled to impose a charging lien on the clients’ real estate.
Affirmed in part and reversed in part.
