Psychiatric patient brought negligence action against hospital, alleging that she had been physically and sexually assaulted by male patients. The Circuit Court, Dade County, Celeste Muir, J., granted patient’s discovery motion for photographs of patients. Hospital petitioned for writ of certiorari. On denial of rehearing, the District Court of Appeal, Nesbitt, Senior Judge, held that production of photographs violated patient-therapist privilege.
Order quashed.
